Polystyvert closes financing round for polystyrene recycling solution

More organizations are investing in circular recycling solutions, including Polystyvert, a Montréal-based company focused on recycling styrenic plastics.

They have recently raised over $16 million, a key step towards establishing their first commercial recycling plant in Québec. The plant will use Polystyvert’s innovative dissolution and purification technology to recycle highly contaminated polystyrene waste.
